Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Because we offer free shipping on purchases, we do not cover return shipping costs for standard returns.

All items are thoroughly inspected for defects prior to shipping.

Refunds are typically accepted, but are issued at the discretion of Devoted Darling based on the condition of the returned item.
Refund Processing Time
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your return. In many cases, refunds are processed sooner. This estimated time frame includes:

Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
Please note:

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for free shipping.

If you are located in Hawaii or Alaska and wish to place an order, please email us at sonyajay@yahoo.com with your shipping address and the items you wish to purchase. We will provide you with a shipping rate based on your location and order details.
At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
